Course of cooperation

Order progress

Each solution is purposefully tailored
to the unique requirements of the client.

Business meeting

We begin with a business meeting between our company's sales representative and the customer's representative. At this meeting, it is important to establish mutual trust, understand the customer's general needs, and preliminarily map out what solutions we could offer.

Searching for customer needs

After the sales meeting, a detailed analysis of the customer's needs is carried out. At this stage, the sales representative, together with the technical team, focuses on specifying the functional and technical requirements that the customer expects from the project. This stage also includes consultations with end users or other customer representatives.

Technical solution proposal

Based on the identified requirements, a technical solution proposal is created. The technical team develops a concept that includes technical specifications, integration options with existing systems, a preliminary schedule, and a project budget. This proposal is presented to the customer for approval.

Consultation with the project manager

Once the technical solution proposal has been approved, a project manager is brought into the process to oversee the entire project implementation. The project manager and technical team review the plan and ensure that all customer requirements are incorporated into the project plan. Resources, deadlines, and risks are specified.

Finalization of project assignment

After consultation with the project manager and the customer, the project assignment is finalized. At this stage, final documentation is created containing all specifications, deadlines, budget, responsibilities, and expectations from both parties. Once this assignment has been approved by all parties, the project can officially begin.

Purchase of components and materials

Once the assignment has been finalized, the necessary components and materials are purchased. This phase includes selecting suppliers, ordering goods, checking quality, and ensuring timely delivery. Cooperation between the purchasing department and the technical team is key here to ensure that all specifications are met.

Implementation and installation

Once all necessary components have been delivered, the implementation phase begins. The technical team installs, implements, and configures the solution according to the approved design. This phase also includes regular review days with the project manager and customer to ensure that everything is proceeding according to plan.

Test operation

Once installation is complete, a trial run follows. This step involves extensive testing of the entire system in a real-world environment to ensure that all components are functioning properly and meet the customer's requirements. The customer is actively involved in this process, and their feedback is crucial for any necessary adjustments.

Evaluation

After successful trial operation, the project is evaluated. The customer is presented with a final report summarizing the course of the project, the results achieved, and any deviations from the original plan. At this stage, any complaints or modifications are addressed, and the project is then formally completed. After approval by the customer, the project is handed over to live operation and the support and maintenance period begins in accordance with the agreed contract.
